Our story
Every piece of jewelry has a story. At De La Paix, we believe each one has meaning, marks a memory, or celebrates a moment.
Born in 2024, the brand is named for the rue de la Paix, the famed Parisian street that rose to glory in the Georgian and Victorian eras and has hosted the world’s greatest jewelers. We honor the jewelers of that time with our signature cut-down setting, reimagined with lab-grown diamonds.
Through exceptional craftsmanship, we marry the timeless with the innovative, pairing age-old techniques with modern materials of the highest quality. Drawing from a wide range of eras, each design is a moment in history translated for today — made to be worn now and to become an heirloom tomorrow.
Modern vintage

Our signature antique-inspired settings make each piece feel storied, lived-in, and a little whimsical, like something collected and passed down through generations. Designed and made in Los Angeles, De La Paix jewelry moves with you: day-to-night diamonds, easy-to-layer foundational pieces, and one-and-done statements.
Our pieces are made to be layered, adding playful moments to your jewelry mix through unique proportions, unexpected stone shapes, and movement that delights — made in an ethical and sustainable way, with lab-grown diamonds and lab-created gemstones.
About the Georgian setting
Where Georgian jewelers fought that darkness, we embrace it — the contrast is what balances each piece and makes it as perfect for day as for night.
Each stone sits in a cut-down collet, a Georgian technique where the metal is carved back around the stone instead of built up around it. Back then, the metal around the stone was silver, and over time it tarnished, creating a dark halo. Today, we revive that look by layering blackened white gold over a yellow gold collet.
Lab-grown diamonds
Real diamonds, chemically, physically and optically identical to mined stones, with full transparency into where they come from. Ours are D–G colour, VS2+ clarity, Ideal cut, and certified stones can be requested.
Solid 18kt gold
Every piece is made in 18kt yellow, rose or white gold, stamped 18K and DLP. Our blackened finish is rhodium-plated white gold.
Made in Los Angeles
Each piece is handcrafted to order in Los Angeles, and covered by a lifetime manufacturing warranty.
